The team entry fee is £550.00 per team for 17 participants (plus up to 3 reserves to make 20 in total if you wish) and goes towards the cost of operating the festival. 17 participants max allowed in a boat per race.

Team fundraising is separate and is paid to the charity of your team’s choice directly, we recommend setting up an online giving page for your team. Each team member is challenged to raise a minimum £100 to support your charity. 

Contact your Team Manager.  If you are the Team Manager, check your team registration confirmation email. Near the bottom of your booking confirmation is a blue box  “View Required Documents”

This takes you to your team manager cloud portal, here you can invite team members to join your team and check which team members have view and completed their consent forms.

Raise a team support ticket, this should be done by the registered team manager, please include your unique team booking reference, and your new team captain’s: name, email and phone number.

The Race Plan can be changed up until 17:00 on the Thursday before the event, after which it goes to print and no further changes will be permitted. If your team member is late arriving on the day, it may mean you having to race without them.

All safety briefing are the same so simply attend another team’s briefing to get your wristband. Please be aware that if you arrive after the end of Round 1, it will not be possible to get a safety briefing or participate in the event.

Wristbands do not fall off, they can only be removed by force. Under no circumstances can wristbands be removed and given to another person. If a wristband is on too tight, please report to Race Control with your wristband still on so we can replace it with a similar band. Please be advised that removing a wristband yourself may result in you being excluded from further participation.

No. This is a community festival and there is no cost to come and watch.

There will be food and refreshments available from the terrace of The Boathouse Restaurant & Bar. If you want to bring a picnic you are welcome to do so, please don’t bring glass items (bottles, drinks glasses) for safety reasons. Please place your litter in the bins provided.
